Hi, I’m NATALIE
I’m A wife and WORKING mom of two, certified Health Coach, entrepreneur and former owner of The MVMNT Society, and a fitness professional.
I grew up in competitive cheerleading, where I became aware of my weight at a young age. That awareness led to years of obsessing over food, restricting calories, and yo-yo dieting. Gaining weight, losing weight, then re-gaining and pleatuing where nothing seemed to work to lose the last stubborn bit.
When I began teaching fitness, I knew I needed to take control of my nutrition, release the guilt, and create habits that actually supported my health.Through learning how to properly fuel my body, balance my meals, and still enjoy the treats, I finally broke free from food obsession—and it was life-changing. That journey inspired me to pursue my Health Coaching certification and dedicate my career to helping women heal their relationship with food, find balance, and feel confident in their bodies.
