I used to do everything right—the green juices, the salads, the daily workouts—and still felt stuck. It wasn’t until I learned the actual science of midlife weight loss and how to build balanced, nourishing meals (with room for real life and treats) that everything finally clicked.
After a decade in the fitness world, I became a certified Health Coach through the Institute for Integrative Nutrition, specializing in weight loss, intuitive eating, and the mind-body connection. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of women break the cycle of confusion, restriction, and burnout—and step into a way of living that feels calm, sustainable, and powerful.
