Summer is approaching and I want to help you FEEL Strong, Sexy, and Summer Ready this season! I have been in your shoes with excess weight, food frustration, inflammation, poor sleep, acne and negative self talk. Once I learned the keys to successful weight loss and management, I wanted to shout it from the rooftops to help all the women who have been where I was. This is my WHY. I know you. I’ve been you. And I’m here to tell you, at 44 years old, that you CAN feel confident in a bikini and after a few weeks of consistency, you can put your new routine on autopilot and reap the rewards!

I don’t deprive myself. I’m not a slave to my workouts. There is a science to weight loss and maintenance, but no one teaches you HOW to get there! Until NOW. I will guide you over four weeks, truly holding your hand with constant daily support to teach you how to implement tips, tools, practices and strategies for Weight Loss and Optimum Health to show you how to TRANSFORM the way you Look and FEEL.
