HOW TO MAKE IT:
Mix everything together for the salmon and marinate for 10 minutes or so while you make the sauce by whisking everything together until smooth.
Air fry the salmon bites at 400 for 8–12 minutes until golden and crispy. Serve over rice with your choice of veggies, and a generous drizzle of the sauce, finish with sesame seeds and spring onions.
340 calories and 26g protein just for the salmon bites — then build your bowl how you like. Sauce makes 2–4 servings, so store the extra.
